1. Services

We provide custom VFX and animation services, including but not limited to:

• Motion graphics

• 2D/3D animation

• Visual effects (VFX)

• Editing and post-production

All project details (timeline, pricing, scope, and deliverables) will be agreed upon in writing (email, contract, or invoice) before work begins.

2. Client Responsibilities

​

• You must provide accurate project details, references, and required materials before work begins.

• Delays caused by incomplete information or late feedback may affect delivery timelines.

• You confirm you have the rights to any content (logos, music, footage, etc.) you provide.

3. Payments

​

• Payment terms will be agreed before the project starts.

• Projects typically require an advance payment (non-refundable deposit) before work begins.

• Final deliverables will be provided only after full payment is received.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

​

• All drafts, concepts, and source project files remain the property of Lifecreators, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Final approved deliverables will belong to the client for agreed usage purposes (commercial, online, broadcast, etc.).

• We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Revisions

​

• Projects include [2 rounds of revisions] as agreed.

• Additional revisions beyond this will be charged separately.

6. Cancellation

​

• If you wish to cancel a project after confirmation, the advance payment will be retained.

• If work has already started, additional charges may apply depending on project progress.

7. Limitation of Liability

​

• We provide services on a best-effort basis.

• We are not liable for losses, damages, or claims arising from delays, third-party software issues, or misuse of delivered content.

8. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of  India. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by courts in India.
